Michael Graziano (Chief Financial Officer)

...manages the finances for Strategic Edge Communications (SEC), having spent more than 20 years in various financial and operational roles with companies ranging in size from start-ups to multinational companies with revenues over $1 billion. Prior to joining SEC, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Operations, and Secretary of Jedai Broadband Networks, Inc., a start-up company financed by various venture capital firms. Before that, he held various executive positions at Arris Group, Inc. (formerly ANTEC Corporation), a leading publicly traded international designer, manufacturer, and supplier of broadband equipment. Among his responsibilities were structuring, negotiating, and financing the merger of ANTEC and Arris Interactive (a joint venture of ANTEC and Nortel). Mike is also a Certified Public Accountant.
