Tom Ford (Chief Executive Officer)
.is a founding partner of Strategic Edge Communications (SEC). Before starting SEC, Tom spent
many years at Schering-Plough in marketing, sales, and managed care, in positions of increasing
responsibility. Tom held numerous senior management positions in various business units and was
involved in a number of successful product launches. As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing,
Tom led a team of several hundred individuals. Throughout his years at Schering-Plough and
continuing at SEC, Tom has cultivated important relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
who help him develop strategic solutions and drive clients' business. Due to his broad
pharmaceutical experience, Tom understands the unique challenges faced by brand managers and serves
as a strong strategic partner with them. Tom is a graduate of Villanova University.
