• Assists Program Manager in the coordination and execution of innovative education strategies and tactics and the administration of assigned programs
• With direction, coordinates several elements of medical education programs, contributing to their completion according to our mission, agreed-to plan, the grant, and production specs
• Traffics all stages of medical education program elements; coordinates production and distribution of a variety of media that may include video, print, symposia, interactive and web-based communication vehicles
• Executes budgets and Time & Events Schedules (T&Es) for each assigned program
• Assists Program Manager in securing estimates and reviewing contracts from freelance workers, hotels, suppliers, etc.
• Supports Program Manager in scheduling and organizing all status update meetings/ reports about the program
• Provides clear and professional communications to appropriate team members, vendors, faculty, accreditors, and other internal/external contacts
• Prepares for supervisor's review all necessary reports and correspondence documenting program progress and maintains records of program history, briefings, etc.

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year relevant experience in medical education/medical communications or equivalent
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to focus on tasks/workload and to initiate the follow-up necessary to complete work assigned

• Ensures on-time/on-budget completion for each assigned program's deliverables
